Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This happened to me within 5 minutes of buying it. The screen went black but I could still hear the sound. I took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new one. I hope I don't get burned by that. I guess I can't actually answer your question, but that happened to me too
