• I am also hard of hearing so we bought a sound bar to go with. One that cancels background noise and makes it easier to understand speech. I do wear hearing aids, but the sound was so good, that we took the sound bar back and I hear it just fine.

• Unfortunately there is not an option to play audio through a bluetooth headset and through the TV's internal speakers. There is an option to play through both the internal speakers and a device connected via an optical cable. ^CP
