Our LG UHD Digital Signage TVs are from our Commercial division and specifications, features and manuals for them and the 50” UR340C Series UHD Commercial TV with management software, scheduler and certified Crestron Connected®, Model # 50UR340C9UD can be found on our Commercial/Business site at https://www.lg.com/us/business. The specifications on the product detail page for Model # 50UR340C9UD which can be found at https://solutions.lg.com/us/digital-signage/lg-50ur340c9ud list an RS-232C 3.5 mm 4-pole port on the side and an RS-232C D-sub 9-pin in the rear for this model. There aren't any images showing the back of the unit. Pages 5 and 6 in the manual have illustrated diagrams showing the input ports on the side and the back of the unit and page 25 in the manual and page 72 in the installation manual show the two types of RS-232C inputs...^Ivan
