“The LG video tutorial; shows how to adjust the sound settings. However when I choose internal speaker there are no options to adjust it. Does anyone have suggestions? It looks pretty easy in the video but I have NO options on my sound prompt.”

Go to surround sound to adjust your settings, not through audio settings
