I have a 44 inch stand. Will this TV fit? null

Unfortunately that depends on the exact model of TV mount you have. I would suggest googling the make and try to find the weight rating info for that model. To be safe I’d purchase another one, the last thing you want is for the mount to fail breaking your new TV. Hope that helps some!

no 55 inch will not fit the stand legs on the tv are 44 3/8 inches from out side edge. if you want to use your tv table you'll have to go with a 50 inch tv.

From left to right stand it measures 43 inches and there is still about 2 to 3 inches sticking out from either side past the stand.
