Most US TVs have a base refresh rate of 60 Hz, and advertise higher rates like 120, 240, etc. I believe this TV supports up to 120, but it depends on what the input device supports. It does have options that can potentially make low FPS (frames per second) content appear better. I usually turn those off because it can cause lag when playing video games, but the TV was smart enough to do that for me when I switch the input to my game system.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The refresh rate is TruMotion 120 (Native 60Hz). TruMotion increases the standard refresh rate causing the image rendered on the TV screen resulting in drastic reduction of blur and yields crisper details. ^Daphane
