“What are we supposed to use to clean the Easy Clean oven? I understand that you can not use oven cleaner. I have tried vinegar but he does not clean baked on grease.”

Per page 37 of the Owner's Manual, Scrape off and remove any burnt-on debris with a plastic scraper (Suggested plastic scrapers: Hard plastic spatula, Plastic pan scraper, Plastic paint scraper or Old credit card). Fill a spray bottle with water and use the spray bottle to thoroughly spray the inside surfaces of the oven. For best results, use distilled or filtered water. ^Daphane
