We purchased the stove for use by someone else, and I remember that the oven temperature range is at least between 300 and 450. It probably has a wider temperature range. But the oven can be a real problem. The heating element is at the oven rear, not on the bottom (as would be the case in a standard gas oven.) The person who uses the stove does a lot of baking (cakes, cookies, pastries, etc.) She told me that there have been many baking failures, due to the location of the heating element and fluctuation of the oven temperatures. She has always baked without convection.
