Smart Wi-Fi Enabled ProBake Convection® InstaView™ Gas Slide-in Range with Air Fry (LSGL6337F) has a Convection cooking system which is a better type of oven than a convention one. A convection oven’s additional fan and exhaust system, both of which a conventional oven does not have, circulate the heated air throughout the oven while food is cooking.
