• The bottom of the lowest rack setting is 2.5" above the floor of the oven. I put the sliding rack in that position, so my dishes aren't sitting on the bottom and it is pretty easy to pull a large turkey or roast up and out of the oven. The top of the sliding rack set on the lowest shelf setting is 8" above the floor of my kitchen.
