I decided I would probably never use that feature after I watched a video and saw how much water you had to spray into the oven and remove afterwards. If you look for an LG Easy Clean video on YouTube you will probably see what I mean. You have to spray 10 ounces of water before starting the cycle and then sop it up afterwards without leaning on the oven door. According to the video, it takes 20 minutes … not 10 but that might be old information. The bottle that came with my range wasn’t as nice as the one in that video. The software started bugging me to clean the oven when it was less than a week old. I like the range but these extras are not worth considering when you are shopping. I will probably delete the app. I hope this helps.

Easy Clean takes advantage of LG's new enamel to help lift soils without harsh chemicals, and it runs using ONLY WATER for just 10 minutes! Easy Clean is quick and effective for small or light soils. Self Clean uses extremely hot temperatures to clean the oven cavity and will run for a couple of hours. While running you may notice smoking or an odor. This is normal, especially if the oven is heavily soiled. ^Jennifer
