The LG 60UK6090 has CEC, but it is send only. LG calls it SIMPLINK. The TV can send signals to connected devices to control them (e.g., turn them on or off). The LG does not accept CEC signals from connected devices. It does not support your use-case of having Google or other devices turn the TV on or off. The TV does support Wake-On-LAN if connected to wired ethernet. That can turn on the TV but not turn it off.
