I didn’t see that , I just fellow the setting order then it is working just fine

On your Apple On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, open the Home app, tap '+', then tap Add Accessory. Use the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to scan the QR code on your TV screen.
