I still have a 55"(3D) and 60" panasonic plasma TV and still prefer them. I've tried all types of TV's in the past years but have always returned them as I prefer my plasma's. I now have the 65" LG E6 OLED in my small media room and LOVE it. Finally something as good and better than my plasma TV's. The 3D was a little tricky since I was used to "active" 3D. This TV uses "passive" 3D which has cheaper glasses that are much more comfortable but I noticed blur until I got the TV at the right angle to my view from media chairs. Though the TV is plasma like with viewing angle the 3D viewing needs to be at the correct angle vertically. It is better than plasma in many ways but I was frustrated at first at the 3D part but now I'm loving it!

Otherwise, this LG seems like a good OLED, but its colors will stray from reality with at least 5-10% (so you'll get about 90-95% of the colors you were getting on your plasma, if it was calibrated correctly, even if you calibrate the OLED using the same methodology), that's why they don't advertise how close it gets to the true colors, unlike when Panasonic made plasma TV's, most of which still can represent colors with more than 99% accuracy.
