Just purchased this TV yesterday and can’t set up the magic remote keep getting error messages when I try to register and set up. Anyone experiencing same problem? null

This did not work, after trying step by step numerous times I still get the same errors!!
“Registering new Magic Remote”
“This remote is not supported by this TV”

Very frustrating will be going back to Best Buy for a 3rd time for another Magic Remote!!!
