I had the Total Tech Plan which included the geek squad service. I bought a new TV and they put the TV mount and TV up for no extra charge. That plan expires at the end of this year if that is what you have. If you have the "my Best Buy total plan' they will not come out for free to do the install. You can no longer buy the Total tech plan anymore.
