“Could I just set this on my hearth in front of the fireplace opening without anchoring it at all or would it require anchoring to the fireplace? Also, how is the sound quality. Is there a clear voice option? Thanks for any feedback.”

• It comes with a large weighted base that allows it to stand without anchoring. The sound is amazing, clear. We have a Bose sound bar but very rarely turn it on for the TV.
