I noticed the same thing when purchasing mine. I ended up looking on LGs website and the specifications say that all hdmi inputs are 2.1 compatible.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The error has been escalated and will be updated shortly. There are in fact 4 version 2.1 HDMI inputs. All ports feature the latest HDMI 2.1- (4K@120Hz)/HDMI ports 1,2,3 & 4. ^Daphane

Took a little research for me as well. The C1 sets do have HDMI 2.1 in all HDMI inputs. I am using a 48" C1 as a gaming monitor and am running a PC and XBOX Series X both at 4K 120FPS.
