There are limits to how well any TV will work in a very bright room. Optimizing the picture for your environment will take a bit of trial and error no matter what brand you choose. If this is a room where you watch a lot of video content you may be better served by finding a way to darken the room than to brighten the source.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have a very brightly lit room which can’t easily be darkened a bit then something like a Neo QLED may be a better choice. Evo OLED TVs are the current champion for picture quality and offer infinite contrast due to the ability to completely shut off individual pixels. But Neo QLED currently offer superior brightness levels. I have an LG Evo OLED and haven’t found much of a problem getting very bright images. This does depend on picture settings and Cinema settings in particular will require a dimly lit room for best results.
