Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Future models with HDMI 2.1 and eARC may add support for DTS-X and other HD audio but that is anyone's guess. The only reason the set can do Atmos from TV apps is it is a DD+ lossy stream. This set can't do any HD audio, such as Dolby True HD or DTS-HD

If the units were going to support DTS-X, support would be built into the units and would not require an update, but again, we do not have any to confirm that one way or another...^IFV
