I don’t have any problems at all. Are u using. Cable internet or DSL? I’ve git DSL with 25 mpbs and never had any problems st all and we stream on more than one device at a time. The direct service line is the fix

Please try again later.I would bet that Roku is streaming in 1080 and while you are getting the benefit of a better picture with the OLED technology you are not taking advantage of 4K I would bet on your Internet provider not being fast enough for 4K as both Netflix and Amazon are being streamed at that level. I now have Spectrum at running at 100. I am experiencing no lag times at all. Spectrum, if unbundled, does not come in at the 100 level. If you have AT&T you are toast at 4K. Speed kills.
