Picture-on-Wall design allows the television to lay virtually flat so it seems to blend with the wall and disappear, only possible with the uniquely efficient technology of LG OLED TV. Picture-on-Glass design is a slimmer design than that for the C7P but not as thin as the Picture-on-Wall design. Every OLED in the 2017 lineup delivers perfect black for colors to come alive against with the same picture quality...^IFV
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The picture on glass is one of LG's OLED screen form factors. Because the OLED phosphors are self-emoting when stimulated by electricity, there is no need for a bulky backlight or edge light (as in all other LCD based TVs). The OLED screen is thus extremely thin and can be mounted on different bases. One of these is a 5mm sheet of structurally enhanced glass (as in the E7 and G7 models) - or an even thinner sheet (as in the W7 model). Any of these are real conversation starters but the picture quality remains the same in all of them and in the B7 and C7 models.
