How do you receive your TV programming? Is it through a cable service provider? The remote control for the LG UHD 70 Series 65 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 65UN7000PUD should have a 'Ratio' button on it that allows you to select the 16:9 Aspect Ratio so you get a full screen or you can access the Aspect Ratio Settings in the settings menu on the TV and select the 16:9 Aspect Ratio setting.If you are using a cable set-top box, you also need to make sure the box is set to output a 16:9 Aspect Ratio and that it is connected to your TV via an HDMI port...^IFV
