Change of channels, scenes or whatever floats its boat, this thing blurrs up. This thing is new and insured, I just hope they'll take it back, swap it out, whatever.

As scenes or channels change, its initial response is a blurry response for 5 - 10 seconds, afterwhich iticomes into focus. This thing will jump in and out of closed captioning - English and Spanish - often with both on the screen at the same time. They blocked some of the best shots at the Masters. It will also jump out of one station into another. I can go on and on with this kind of stuff. I got an LG because I have another that is terrific, but this thing is indescribably bad product. It's about 2 weeks old, so it's under the manufacturer's warrenty as well as the 2 year warranty I purchased from BestBay. The trick now is to get them to come and get this thing and bring me some other product that works, get them to set it up and check it out before dashing out the door......that's their program, if and when you can get them on the phone - or whatever - and get them to give you an appointment. Sorry for all the negativity. I hope I've helped you; I must hope now that I can help myself.
