• Yes, this TV can do 4k @120Hz. However this is dependent on the source. For example, Xbox Series X will do 4K 120Hz, but Xbox One X will do 4k 60 Hz/1440p 120Hz

• A 2018 Xbox One X update allows 4k at 120hz...double check that your cable is 2.1
