Does light over cook top stay on null

The LG 7.3 cu. ft. Double Oven Electric Range with ProBake Convection Oven in Stainless Steel, Model # LDE4415ST has an interior oven light that automatically turns on when the door is opened. There is a "Light" touchpad on the control panel that you can touch to manually turn the oven light on with. ^CP
