Hi Darren. Regrettably, the LG UHD 73 Series 70 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV with AI ThinQ® (69.5'' Diag), Model # 70UN7370PUC has not been tested for compatibility with hearing aides and we cannot make any recommendations about any that are designed to work with TVs. Hearing aides are able to connect to a variety of of different devices through wireless technology, including Bluetooth. We highly recommend that you contact the manufacturer for your hearing aides to ask if they will connect to a Bluetooth enabled TV like this model. Your hearing aides will need to be able to interpret the A2DP (Advanced Audio Distribution Profile) Bluetooth profile which defines how high quality stereo audio can be streamed from one device to another over a Bluetooth connection. You can check the specifications for your Bluetooth hearing aides to see if that profile is supported...^IFV
