• Don’t know I mounted mine on Wall! Call LG service to see if normal to lean forward for balance

• I believe when you insert the stand into the back of the TV there are tabs that need to be inserted first (On the top of the stand). Make sure the stand is in the back of the TV correctly BEFORE you put the screws in. Should be a perfect fit and the TV should be straight up and down and NOT leaning like yours is.
