• The feature you are describing is TruMotion. The TruMotion setting optimizes image quality for fast-moving action on-screen. The 75UK6190PUB does feature TruMotion 120. • Doesn't come close but the picture is just as good if not better. You can play with the settings a bit to get close but not as close as 120hz or higher.
