The Guidelines from the Society of Motion Picture & Television Engineers recommends sitting at a distance where the screen fills up about 30° of your field of vision as a minimum for a good experience. The recommended distance for the LG UHD 70 Series 75 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 75UN7070PUC, as a 75" screen, is 10.2' (3.31 m). This generally provides good guidance. How ever, is you use the TV mostly for watching movies, you would benefit from sitting a bit closer to get a more theater-like experience. The SMPTE "reference" position for movie theaters and the THX recommendation is about 40°. For a 75" screen, that would be a distance of 7.5' (2.29 m) The TV features a 2.0 Channel 20W Speaker System which will give you a good sound quality experience within the recommended distances. If you are sitting further from that & have a large room with high ceilings, you may want to consider adding a Soundbar, Home Theater System or external receiver to augment the TV's audio...^IFV
