• If the 240 volt receptacle in your country is similar to the 240 volt in the US (two legs of 120 each), you may be able to use just one leg of the 240 volt system. It takes two separate wires to get 240 in the US.Before purcgasing the TV, I would speak to an electrician to verify you can get 120 by only using 1 leg of the 240.
