I don’t know what “Windows 13” is, but it works fine in Windows 10. It’s plug and play. It includes a USB cable so you can plug it into your computer. Just remember Windows 10 doesn’t natively play DVDs, so you’ll need something like VLC Player to play them.

I am not sure that this will work with Windows 13. Required operating systems include Windows 10/8.1/8/7/Vista/XP(SP3), Mac OS X v.10.7.5 or Higher.
