Is this compatable with a hp laptop? null

It works with my new HP 17-4xxx laptop running Windows 11. Caveat - the CD that comes with it has a DVD player that does not work with Windows 10 or 11. The second free DVD player I tried from the Microsoft Store worked well. (AnyDVD ??)
