My USB cord will not plug into the dvd drive because the interface in the dvd drive is at a depth that the interface on the cord cannot reach. This problem developed after a few uses. Any explanation? null

I have not experienced this problem, if I experienced this problem, I would review it and review it with my sons, and then if I still had the problem I would visit the Geek Squad and I am sure that they would improve and or fix anything necessary to be fixed !
