“My USB cord will not plug into the dvd drive because the interface in the dvd drive is at a depth that the interface on the cord cannot reach. This problem developed after a few uses. Any explanation?”

I have not experienced this problem, if I experienced this problem, I would review it and review it with my sons, and then if I still had the problem I would visit the Geek Squad and I am sure that they would improve and or fix anything necessary to be fixed !

The only explanation we can give without being able to inspect the unit is that either the USB port has been pushed into the unit or that the sleeve on your USB cable has been pushed up so it cannot be fully inserted into the USB port...^IFV
