I presume you want to play cd's in your car stereo. If you have an aux input- yes. That will be through a usb input (see your car manual if you're not sure.... then plug it any and use the aux input setting. Mind you this is not a car rated unit that I can tell, so bumps or vibrations will be an issue... I'm sure your bet buy rep can guide you to a unit that will be better suited if that matters, but it will cost more. But place it on a pillow or something padded and it might work for you. (and if it doesn't it makes a good "hard" back-up for your computers.
