I don't think you'd be able to do so directly but it should allow you to rip the CD to a computer and then transfer from computer to phone. However that is going to be dependent on the software you use

TV Connectivity is a function that allows you to enjoy videos, pictures and music by connecting this product to a compatible A/V device (e.g. DIGITAL TV, DIGITAL PHOTO FRAME, PC) that supports USB connectivity. I do not see that it can be connected to a phone. ^Daphane
