• As long as you transfer them thru a computer it should be as easy as copy and paste.

• I am not sure what you mean 'to a USB'? This connects via a USB connection to a PC or MAC. You can transfer anything on that CD to an internal or an external hard drive or to an internal or external CD burner through that connection, similar to inserting a SIMM card or another portable USB drive.
