i pluged this into my brand new tower (HP) and it will not recogoniz it. there are not drivers listed for this model on the LG website. what do i have to do to get my computer to recognize it? null

I tried it on my Mac book. It didn’t work. You should have gotten a disc with it. Put the disk in and it will work.

I had a similar model and had to return it ,I tried to play DVDs a no go wanted me to purchase another program would not read cds either!
