I can't honestly answer this question. I have a HP and it does work fine. With BEST BUYS warranty and customer satisfaction, i am sure that if it doesn't work with your Lenevo, they will get you what you need. Buy with confidence.

It should. The op system is important not the type of computer. It is USB connection, so if your iPad discovers usb items then external device is usable on your iPad
