• The LG - 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive - Black, Model # SP80NB80 is compatible with Mac OS X v.10.7.5 or Higher Operating Systems. It does not come with a software installation CD disc that includes DVD software for Mac OS. You can check the Mac site to see if the drive automatically detects the drive or if you need to download and install drivers for it from their site...^IFV
