“I just bought this and I watched about 15 minutes of a movie when all of a sudden the window turned black and the loading color wheel appeared. I can’t even exit out of the window unless I do a force quit. I have a Macbook Pro; is there anyway to fix?”

Unfortunately, there is no way to determine if the issue is with the LG 8x External USB Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW Drive - Black, Model # SP80NB80 or if the issue is with the MacBook Pro without some troubleshooting.
