You can change it any time, but it's a single drawer. If you select the fridge, you can adjust the temperature. If you select freezer, it cannot be a fridge and freezer at same time. That could not be possible. You cannot have a Jacuzzi filled with water, serving as a fire pit at the same time, lol.
