• Just take it back to any Best Buy stores if that's where you bought it.

• Hi scurryman. If the issue is not a problem with the discs that you are playing, the LG Blu-ray Disc™ Player with Streaming Services, Model # BP175 may need an update. When a Blu-Ray title freezes or skips during playback it's usually firmware or memory related. Please refer to page 49 in your owner's manual on how to update your player's firmware...^IFV
