Hi Jennnn. The Disney+ is an app that was launched on 11/12/2019 which is well after the release of the LG Blu-ray Disc™ Player with Streaming Services, Model # BP175 which only has preinstalled apps and does not have the capability to download and install additional compatible apps on it. Regrettably, Disney+ is not available on this unit...^IFV
