“I can't get this to connect to my internet. I've plugged an ethernet cable into the blu-ray player, and the other end into my router. No matter which port of my router I use, I cannot connect to the internet. Anyone had this and fixed it?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You must have an internet ready tv or a streaming media player ( Roku, Firestick etc) connect the DVD player to the tv/player and those will connect you to the internet.
