Fyi, I solved my problem by connecting the port for the blu ray to HDMI1 on the TV, and swapped the Comcast cable box to HDMI3. Not sure why this made a difference, but the picture is fine now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have that problem but both my Dish remote and TV remote have a format button so that I can change the screen size. See if you have these options as well. Also the blue ray has a settings feature.
