• No , not directly . You need one more thing - A piece of hardware that accepts rca - in or s video and plugs into your computer via usb . Something like this : External USB Video Capture Card - model name : August VGB300 - Transfer VHS Home Videos to Mac OS and PC Windows - S-Video and Composite in.
