Will this DVD/RW work on a Dell XPS 435 T/9000 null

Only if you have a SATA hookup on the motherboard

I don't personally have the Dell XPS 435 T/9000, but based on the photos I've seen, I notice that it has two half-height 5.25" drive bays. This DVD/RW drive should be compatible with your computer if you have those drive bays and they are not already occupied by other drives. Specifically, look for two little flaps at the top front of the device. If your computer did not come with an optical drive or if the existing drive is broken, this DVD/RW drive should fit without any issues.
