“Phone quality I drive a very loud car. I have tried several Bluetooth headsets in the past. Everyone I try to call only hears wind noise or my car. How well does this set cancel out the background noise and only pick up the speaker's voice? If not these, which set do you recommend?”

try a very bad audio quality bluetooth earbud. the reason i recommend this is that the lesser quality of the mic will focus on just bearly the sound of your voice & not really be capable of much less background noise or anything else
