The same way you would pair any Bluetooth device. Put the headphones into pairing mode, search for them with your device and boom you're connected

Their response was that they are designed to work with smartphones, and therefore won't work with most devices. I hope this helps, even if it's not what you wanted to hear.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is the macs Bluetooth turned on in settings? Are you attempting to add the headphones from within the Bluetooth section in settings? Make sure the headphone are not bluetooth'd to another device. They can only be connected to one device at a time. If they are connected to your phone you will have to turn off the phone Bluetooth to free them up to connect to your Mac. Just some ideas.
